Shugo Chara

 I recently watched the first few episodes of Shugo Chara. It's really fun, sweet and charming so far. Should I continue watching it? Does it remain awesome later on?

Amu is very awesome and lovable.  I also love the idea that the Guardians are representations of who the characters really want to be and help bring out their true selves.   

I just hope it continues to be amazing! 

This may become the Year of the Magical Girl Anime for me!  :P

Yeah, that does sound a bit skeevy, but not a deal breaker. But would you say its generally good in its treatment of the ladies?

Generally speaking, yes, I would. Lots of nice relationships between ladies, including a romantic rivalry that becomes a friendship. Also, there's one gender fluid character. I don't think that character is done perfectly, but compared to most manga I've read with comparable characters, she's done p. dang well imo.

(Mind you, it's been a long time since I saw/read that series, so I don't know how perfectly my memory is serving me here. XD;)
