#Depression #Anxiety #Family

Yesterday, I was in a depressive funk, and it was the worst one I’d experienced in a while. I mean, I’m not think I’m over it altogether, but I’m feeling far better than I did yesterday.

I feel lucky to have a really supportive family. I can always talk to them if I need to. And they encourage me to do things that’ll me with depression and anxiety, (like getting out more) but never push me if I don’t feel up to it. They have made mistakes, but they’ve learned from them and made every effort to help me as best they can. I also have friends both online and offline who are great. I know society’s always saying online friendships aren’t “real” but all of you are just so important to me.

So when I’m feeling like complete shit, I know I have people around me, and that’s what’s keeping me together rn.
