What is this?

The people in Queensland have had so many terrible things happen lately. First the floods, and now a tropical cyclone. Luckily, there haven't been any causalities. I just hope it stays that way. Some areas haven't been as severely as expected, but Tully  and other coastal towns, are in a state of devastation. An update just came in and apparently 100 people are missing. :(
