I am so sorry I took so long to respond to this! Rue still had many insecurities after going into the story with Prince Siegfried, and they often had misunderstandings. But they eventually become a happy and loving couple who become good rulers.
She takes a long time to adjust to her role as princess in the story. But when she still begins a ballet school and tries to help Siegfried in helping their subjects as much as possible. She eventually becomes very well-loved amongst the people, much to her surprise.
She still has a fear ravens.
Although, she rarely has time to make contact outside of the story, Rue loves to see Ahiru and she's become quit protective of her. Rue once threatened to come out of the story and make Fakir pay if she ever found out he wasn't taking proper care of Ahiru.
